I am a compassionate and passionate clinician who works with people, especially women, to help them find freedom, independence, and empowerment through healing their relationship with themselves. Having been raised in a very religious and patriarchal community, I have a passion to see women find freedom and empowerment to live their healthiest lives. As a clinician trained in psychotherapy, I will hold space for you to feel your feelings – yes, all of them. Together, we will create a safe space for you to explore your personal story and the beliefs you hold about yourself. I utilize techniques including person-centered therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. Together, we will go on a journey to help you heal your relationship with yourself. You will find more ease, more alignment, and you will be more empowered to live your life the way you choose, whatever that looks like.

One of my passions is financial therapy. My background is in the financial industry, and I love talking to people about their money. Budgets, investments, and stock options are all well and good, but more importantly, I love talking to people about their relationship with money. What beliefs do you have about money? How does money make you feel? Anxious? Valued/not valued? Disengaged? Powerless? Like there’s never enough?

I can help. I’m a financial counselor and coach whose passion is to see people, especially women, find freedom and empowerment from healing their relationship with money. Through therapy, I can help you explore your money story and find a sense of peace, joy, and ease around money. You will find more ease, more alignment, and you will be more empowered to live your life the way you choose, whatever that looks like.

I was born and raised in the Deep South in Georgia, and now I am proud to call Seattle home. Although I do miss the sweet tea and collard greens, I love the PNW with all its natural beauty and I love experiencing the rhythm of the changing seasons.

When I am not in the office, I can be found making memories with my two little boys, planning my next travel adventure, binge watching the latest season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, or studying Astrology.
